Ben joined NDP in 2020 as the Fractional CFO and full time in 2022 as the COO. Before NDP, Ben worked as a CPA serving clients in financial auditing and in outsourced accounting roles. Seeing how businesses are run from an auditing and financial vantage point gives Ben a unique perspective on operations and he enjoys building great teams to push NDP forward.

After working with Youth With A Mission for a decade, Ross served as the director of youth and family for Churchlands Vineyard Christian Fellowship in Perth, and then became Executive Pastor of the Lakeshore Vineyard in Holland Michigan for five years. Eighteen years ago Ross became a church planter . Ross recently transitioned out his senior Pastor role at Without Walls Vineyard Church in Zeeland Michigan. He continues to be Pastor Emeritus at the church and he serves as the Regional Coordinator for Asia and MENACA for Vineyard Missions USA.

In her personal life, Angela is a devoted Dallas Mavericks fan who cherishes coffee dates with her college-aged daughter and enjoys watching her teenage son excel in soccer and drumming. She has been happily married for over 20 years and, alongside her husband as the director, serves as the Outreach coordinator at their local church, where they are deeply committed to serving their community. Her favorite weekly occurrence is Friday night dinner with her best friends.

Jentri Huffman is the Director of Accounting for Next Door Photos. She is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in the pharmacy industry. Her career spans both retail and independent pharmacy settings, where she has advanced from pharmacy technician to pharmacy manager and ultimately pharmacy owner. Throughout her journey, Jentri has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership, operational expertise, and financial stewardship. Her hands-on approach to managing all aspects of the pharmacy's business operations—including payroll, accounts receivable/payable, and financial verification across multiple systems and vendors—demonstrates a high level of financial acumen and organizational expertise. Jentri is a devoted wife, mother, and active member of her church community. As a born-again Christian, she serves faithfully on the praise team, coordinates all volunteers for the children’s ministry, and works alongside her husband Patrick, a church deacon. Jentri and Patrick are proud parents of three children. As a family, they enjoy spending time outdoors—fishing, four-wheeling, and hunting—and are passionate fans of the Dallas Stars hockey team.
